when talent meets creativity

they say talent comes in many ways. having skills of reading a thick book without getting bored is also, to me, a talent ;P so does dancing :) and dancing, my friends, has been my passion since i was a little kid. so our faculty had this event called 'talent night' during our family day event. i must say, this year's family day is much more fun and enjoyable because we had so many events going on and the faculty members were so sporting and participated in all the events. although there are plenty of rooms for improvement, such as the disorganised method of taking food. haha mcm org lapar sangat budak2 faculty ni ;P

when the law society announced the talent night event, i had some ideas in mind, and i don't know what got into me but i just felt that i have to participate in this one. so i raised the idea of a dance performance, but the girls pun tak decide then. so takpelah maybe takde org nak join so i didn't say anything lah. then i called kiron and we talked haha ok sekarang dah sangat malu because only kiron and i know what we discussed ;P

but one day, the girls decided that we should do a performance. since awin and adleena just came back from thailand for some ALSA stuff, we decided to perform 'bole chudiyaan' with their steps. so there we were- awin, naz, amreeta, delin, adleena and myself. we danced :D

i enjoyed it so much, the boyfie noticed it as well lah i know ;P thank you bee teman kite pegi 12th utk practice and pegi cari baju eventhough at that time you were not that well and baru nak recover from demam :) sayang tambah tiga ratus juta :) oh i love little india :D

on that performance night, i must say we went all out, muka habis gedik, dance steps pun mmg over habis ;P ashree, zher hien and our very much sporting tutor, zokhri commented our performance. eventhough it was a 3 minutes performance, we really had fun and regretted nothing :) the best part was, we won! :D oh girls, luck has been really kind to us, no? :) credits to all other performers jugak! *clap3!

sixteenth 16th together ♥

alhamdulillah. the date today is the 24th feb, and this means that i had postponed my monthly post of my monthlyversary with the dearly beloved immo. sorry baby for the delay, somehow i just feel that you would check out this opened diary of mine on our monthliversary, to read what i would come out with, kan? and you know i do it because i want to :)

so, sixteenth 16th together.

when we actually planned our dinner date that night, i had a mixed feeling. after planning, i realised that we have not planned anything beforehand for quite sometime, no? i mean. we see each other almost everyday now, which i am really thankful and happy of, but we don't really plan for it to happen pun. we'll meet and argue to decide a place to have lunch, we'll meet and argue to decide a place to have dinner, and we even argue for nothing. so when we actually plan that monthliversary dinner, its something special for me, really :)

you are becoming sweeter each day, tahu? :) for instance, you put on that cool fever i gave you just because i want you to. awak appreciate my presence, and you make me feel like i am part of your family. thank you baby :)

a bowl of fun

hey peeps, finally i have the time to sit and write. had been really occupied with things lately-not that i'm complaining lah pun.. :) so to start off, i would like to blabber about my faculty's annual bowling tournament that was held not too long ago, at cineleisure bowling alley :)

my team consisted 5 girls- awin, ayie, naz, emi and myself. we call ourselves 'the taken ladies' huehuehue ;P

i guess as usual, my batch would participate the most lah i must say, and the other team was called 'the black widow', and the members were deline, ad, myra, za and aqeel as leader. ehem widow ke? and nost importantly, nauzubillah la ye letak nama widow tu :P

the guys played as well, but diorg ni smua main utk menang whereas kitorg play purely for fun :) so at the end of the event, their team, MMT won! :D my team got the 5th place, and awin got the award for best female bowling player, and my name came second :D za pulak got the ratu longkang award eh hello, better win something than nothing okey ;)

a house without family is not home

the holiday is ending very2 soon, but hey peeps i am still in the best place ever, home :) to tell you the truth, i am really2 malas to go back to kl as for now hehe. anis is safe in usm kelantan, and the last time i checked her facebook, she had "i need food. i need food. i need food" as her latest shoutout. i guess she said it right, basicly at home we will eat sampai tak ingat dunia, and lepas tu relax je, and mengarah si adik2 kecil around, mcm boss kat rumah. *this only happens when papa is not at home, if not nanti dia bising ;P* mama pulak as always, will be synical about that. here are some of her comments, melihat anak2 yg selalunye jauh di mata, but bile ade depan mata, mencabar kesabarannye pulak ;P

-"korang ni makan mcm tak ingat dunia, tak reti nak stop. pastu, timbang, menjerit pulak?"

-"duduk kat rumah ni selesa sangat kan, duduk kat cushion, memerintah je. buli adik tu."

-"celik je mata, berebut komputer."

and surprisingly, when she bising2 like that, it didn't affect us at all. tak tersentap langsung. when we are back in our respective universities, those things, those voices la that we will miss the most :) so yeah, sometimes we'll just be naughty and made her said all those things ;P hee~

we had a great school break. nina, as always, has been such a doll. spoilt, i suppose. but she now has that trait of membahan people, and she knows how to argue, too. i guess abang's comeback really made her learn to defend herself everytime being bullied ;P oh doll, how fast you grow up.

we went to kijal a couple of times, oh did i mention, my family has a vacation home there. so we actually go to kijal to relax, and the atmosphere is really nice, very calming :) the vacation house is almost complete, but somehow its really cozy :) i can sleep for hours on that cozy large bed, that too, without having the fan on, sebab the surrounding dah buat the house windy enough :) jealous tak? hehe :P

dear readers, if you are a person that doesn't take your quality time with your family seriously, my advice to you is to start doing it now. pronto. because at the end of the day, when other people treats you like you don't own a heart, its them who will love you, care for you and do the best for you, to keep you smiling. and they will never, ever neglect you in any way. and this comes from a girl that has spend her whole life loving and being loved by her family :) and as a person who loves to observe, i'd say that a person who treats their family nicely is the best person to start a family with :) not to give any ideas, though. hehe.
